What data we collect

When you send an enquiry on the website, message us or call:

• name, phone number, email address;
• the content of your enquiry.

When you become our client — data needed to provide our services and verify your identity:

• full name, date of birth, address, identity documents;
• tax identifiers (UTR, National Insurance number), company details;
• financial documents and income details needed for reporting.

Technical data when you visit the site: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referral source (including UTM tags).

We do not request special category data through the website (such as health, religion or political views).

Why and on what legal basis

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. Only those who help us provide our services get access to it, and only to the extent necessary:

• IT service providers: website hosting, email, the CRM system we use for enquiries;
• analytics and advertising services, only if you consent to cookies;
• HMRC, Companies House, the Home Office and other public bodies, when we act on your instructions or the law requires it;
• professional advisers (lawyers, auditors, insurers) where necessary.

Transfers outside the UK

Some of our providers store data outside the UK. In such cases, data is only transferred to countries with recognised adequate protection or under standard safeguards: the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

• Enquiries that did not lead to a contract: up to 2 years from the last contact.
• Client check data (AML) : 5 years after the business relationship ends, as required by law.
• Accounting and tax records : at least 6 years after the end of the relevant tax period.

After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

How we protect data

Your connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Only staff who need client data for their work can access it. We use secure storage services, role-based access control and regular backups.

Your rights

You can at any time:

• get a copy of your data;
• correct inaccurate data;
• erase data if there is no legal reason to keep it;
